The city has admitted that it knew it was unreasonably dangerous to have concrete under the jungle gym at the playground. Can I hold them accountable for this admission?

My 9-year old collided with another boy on some monkey bars at a fast food restaurant. He fell to the pea gravel surface, suffering fractures and internal injuries. Since there was fault at the start, will my damages be restricted? Does the owner of the fast food restaurant have any liability?

The untied drawstrings on my 7-year-old’s hooded sweatshirt got snagged near the top of the slide and tightened as she slid down, strangling her.
